TASTING NOTES

Light citrus yellow colour.

Notes of peach, floral, citrus hints, some oxidative notes and terracotta (baked clay or ceramic).

It presents itself dry and with a good concentration in the mouth, some clay flavour and salty touch in a broad mineral finish and a persistent fine dryness.
