Herdade do Rocim Fresh from Amphora Red is the result f a partnership between Herdade do Rocim and Niepoort, making an approach to the Nat’Cool concept and to its philosophy of relaxed and easy to drink wines. Our interpretation uses the ancestral method of making the wine in talha, with the amphoras contributing to a lighter,  fresh and very harmonious wine.
