The oldest vineyard from Herdade do Rocim was always affectionately named “Olho de Mocho” for being very abundant in this spontaneous flower, scientific name Tolpis barbata. For being so special, it could only originate a unique and autentique wine, which we now call “Olho de Mocho Single Vineyard”.
